Balancelle has a fair and easy Returns Policy governed by The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
It states that you as a customer have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase. You may return any item to us for a full refund or replacement within 14 days as long as the product is unopened, unworn and unused. All returned products must also be returned with all accessories or free gifts.
When your order arrives we recommend you examine the goods immediately and you must notify Balancelle within 14 days of the delivery date if the goods are faulty. It is recommended that you charge where appropriate following manufacturer’s guidelines and check all of the items functions and modes if applicable before use.
If you fail to notify us of a fault within the allotted time you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in a working condition.
At Balancelle you can cancel an order within 14 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund if applicable.
You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for a refund, exchange or for replacement items in the case of faulty good.
Unless the returned items are imperfect, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and we will only issue a full refund if the items, its packaging and accessories have not been significantly damaged, are unused and unworn.
The Returns and Exchange Policy
At Balancelle you can cancel an order within 14 days for a full refund. You have the choice to exchange products for any reason for up to 30 days after purchase as long as your products are unused, unworn and unopened.
If you have ordered something in error, or decide that you don’t want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a refund or replacement within 30 days. All returned items must be unused, unworn and unopened.
For hygiene reasons Balancelle will under no circumstances accept returns of any open and or used items.
Unless the returned items are defective, you will be required to send returns back to us at your own expense and you we will only issue a full refund if the items, its packaging and accessories have not been significantly damaged, are unused and unworn.
Returning A Faulty Item
If the product is faulty, we would kindly ask that an exact description regarding the fault to accompany the returned item in its original box with all tags and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are working.
Please thoroughly clean all returned faulty products and place them back in the original product box and pack them safely.
How long will it take until I get my money back?
We will process your return as quickly as possible and your money, The European Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 requires us to return your money in 30 days of cancellation, but returned payments are usually within seven days of us receiving your returned product.
Once received, we will inform you it has been processed so we can confirm how you could proceed.
If you are eligible and wish for a refund your details will be passed to the relevant department who have up to 30 days to complete your refund.
How To Return Goods To Balancelle
Before you return any goods to Balancelle, we would please ask that you inform us, this can be done emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to supply you with a returns number.
Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return and make sure the package is securely wrapped and send it to the address we will forward you by email. You should also include a copy of the original delivery note in the package, this will help to speed up your return. Where you do cancel your order, you are under a duty, until the goods are returned (to Balancelle at the address forwarded to you) to retain possession of them and to take reasonable care of them.
We recommend that you return your item to us by Special Delivery or Recorded Post as these can be tracked or claimed for in the event of loss in transit. Customers need to provide us with a proof of postage and tracking number in case the parcel gets lost in the post. If the item is lost and you can not prove that you sent it we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.
